Steve Fleming earned his real estate license in 1976 and, since 1985, has specialized in recreational properties, farms and ranches, orchards and vineyards, development land, and commercial real estate. He has been an active member and former President of the Colorado West Marketing Group, as well as a long-standing member and past President of the Colorado Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute.

In 2005, Steve was honored as “Land Realtor® of the Year” by the Colorado Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute. He also holds the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, which reflects years of advanced education and a proven track record of successful land transactions.
